How long does it take before I can see my initial set of logo concepts?
It takes up to three business days after we receive your payment (during business week). If we receive your payment during the weekend, you will see your initial logo concepts within three business days starting from 12 AM on Monday.
How many changes can I ask for my logo design?
The number of changes depends on the package you select. Please refer to Packages for detailed information.
How long does it take before I can see the changes of my logo concept?
It may take up to 48 hours (during business week) for each change before it is presented to you.
What if I don't like any of preliminary logo designs?
If you do not select any concept you can order your free redraw session. The number of logo redraw sessions depends on your logo package. If you do not select any concept at all we will consider your project terminated. In this case it is strictly prohibited to use or copy any samples presented to you. All samples are digitally and visually watermarked.
What if I have my own idea for the company logo?
Any idea that may help our designers is appreciated. You can describe your idea when you fill out the on-line application form. Our designers will consider all your requests.
Can you redesign or improve my existing company logo?
Yes. Please e-mail us the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your on-line application.
Who owns rights to the company logo design?
All the rights to the logo we create belong to the client. We reserve the right to publish any logo and / or related design product created for any client as our design sample. Please note that you can select only one concept from the logo samples designed for you. We reserve all copyright for the rest of design samples presented to you.
What is the difference between symbol logo and a logotype?
A symbol is a graphic icon with your company name typeset alongside. A logotype incorporates your company name into the logo itself.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery. We also accept company checks, money orders and PayPal.
How can I check the process of my logo design?
You will receive a link to your personal web page where we will upload your logo design samples.In some cases we will send your samples by e-mail.
Do you make logo design for products, titles, or names?
Yes, we create any type of graphic identity including labels, character design, tags, etc.
What will I get?
No mater what package you order, your kit will include complete set of file formats for web and print applications. We can also send your package on CD by Fed Ex for extra $30. You may also request any other type of file.
Will you provide me with scalable vector files?
Yes, we provide you with scalable vector files.
Why would I need several different file formats?
We provide you with all files that are necessary for print and web as well as potential image editing in future.
What file formats do you provide?
We provide you with .ai vector file; 72 dpi .jpg and / or gif file and 300 dpi .psd and / or .tiff file. You may also request any other type of file.
Why does the color look different when I print my logo?
Your personal printer doesn't use exact colors that you see on the screen. You have to calibrate your printer with the screen first for the best match.
Why the resolution is so low when I print my logo?
You are printing 72 dpi image. This image is for screen only. The printable files will be included in your final package.
